After quickly reviewed the basic rules of picking, we will begin our hike, with the theme of our outing as the common thread: _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_toxic plants, aromatic and medicinal plants, teas and infusions of the mountains... about fifteen plants that we will discover together during this outing. At the high point of our outing, we will enjoy a moment of relaxation around a small tasting, where sandwiches and salads will be embellished with a few edible leaves and flowers from the morning picking!
Nature reveals many surprises to us , and sometimes it is enough simply to look into them to find a wealth that is too often forgotten! Whether you want to supplement your diet, reconnect with your environment, find new flavors, learn about medicine douce... There are many reasons for take an interest in wild plants.
