Edible plant improvement hike - teas and infusions

Perfect your skills in wild plants, in the company of a chef from Chambéry and a mountain guide, both specialized in botany and cooking with wild mountain plants. Enjoy a picnic with plants at the top, with an unbeatable view.

After quickly reviewing the basic rules of picking, we will begin our hike, with the theme of our outing as the common thread: simple improvement, toxic plants or teas and infusions from the mountains... By approaching new plants not presented in initiation, it is a total of fifteen plants that we will discover together during this outing. At the high point of our outing, we will enjoy a moment of relaxation around a small tasting, where sandwiches and salads will be decorated with a few edible leaves and flowers from the morning picking!
