Adventure playground course
Autonomous on cliffs and multi-pitch routes, you still lack a bit of confidence and practice to embark on the "trad" on your own. In 4 days, you will gradually get used to laying down your equipment, building a belay, climbing on friends and jammers.

Programme détaillé
Prerequisites: be independent on a multi-pitch equipped route. Be able to climb 6a in the lead, without necessarily chaining.
D1 and D2 Cliff climbing
For these first two days, an entry into progressive material towards trad climbing. We first review together the installation of the protections: friends, jammers, pitons. After have warmed up a bit, you will begin to do your first lengths in adventure terrain .
The objective is to accumulate experience in this style: which protection to choose, where to put it, when to put it.
In addition to climbing, we will review the manipulations of multi-pitch, and particularly the construction of a relay.
D3 and D4 Multi-pitch routes

The last two days are devoted to the big routes chosen the day before in groups, selected so that everyone has enough room.
The goal of these two days is to be sufficiently comfortable in the level of climbing to be able to concentrate on a good installation of protections.
