  1. Become autonomous in your practice of mountaineering, in snow, glacier and rock races

EDUCATIONAL GOALS(they contribute to the achievement of training objectives)

  1. Mastery of the fundamentals of safety in  glacial terrain: roping  and progression techniques. Management of a  rescue in a crevasse.
  2. Mastery of the fundamentals of safety in  rocky terrain: roping-in techniques, belaying, and progression in  mouvement._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136_bad5cf58d' simple help to a second.
  3. Elementary mastery of the installation of protections (pitons, corners, ice screws), construction of a relay.


D1On the cliff, first meeting and  revue of elementary security. Climbing over several pitches and   review of basic manipulations (installation of the belay, belaying a  second, abseiling). Ascent to the refuge in the evening.

D2Glacial course or ridges. Night in refuge.

D4Rock run

Every day, learning the maneuvers specific to the  terrain on which we evolve, with the supervision of the guide, one or two autonomous  cordées. Regular stops to reflect and learn in   the behavior to be taken and the techniques to be implemented in the face of   a characteristic situation.

The program is likely to change depending on   the weather, current conditions, your desires and your   level. Either way, we'll always find races to help you progress!
